Mother Me offers different prenatal packages; an ‘all in’ package, a ‘doula deluxe’ and a ‘parents again’ package, so you can choose how much attention fits you. For the single expecting mama’s there is a special package, catered to your special needs. All packages can be topped up with extra sessions and should you require any other services, we can discuss them. Just about almost anything is possible. When you want the absolute luxurious experience, the doula deluxe or double deluxe package is right up your alley! Preferably we start working around your 20th week, but anything later than that is possibly if my schedule allows me to!

Payment for prenatal packages will be in two or three instalments but at the latest at week 35 in your pregnancy and first invoice will be sent after our intake meeting. Should the cost be a problem to you, then please feel free to contact me anyway and we’ll discuss your options.

Should you need last minute doula services then I do my best to plan all prenatal session in the shortest amount of time. Also, I will have trouble fitting you in probably, but will do my best. For this I will charge an upfee of €250,- incl. VAT if you book me after your 36th week.

Mother Me ‘all in’ and/ or ‘VBAC’ package €2795,- (incl.VAT)

• Free get together meeting over zoom/video call (with your partner present) and 1 personal intake meeting (1 ½ hours) through zoom /video call.
• 2 meetings of 2 hours, to be planned from 24 weeks onwards.
• 3 meetings of 1 ½ hour in your home, out of which one focuses especially on your partner, rest will focus on massage, yoga, breathing techniques, etc. An extra VBAC CBE session is scheduled for any client who’s gone through a former c-section birth and wants to try for a succesful VBAC attempt (also known as TOLAC – trial of labour after caesarean)
• 1 post partum prep or latent stage massage partner class of 1 hour.
• Unlimited phone and email support during office hours.
• Starting from week 38 through week 42, I am on call 24 hours/7 days per week and will be present at your labour within 1 hour.
• Continuous support during the entire labour, starting from the active phase. Free use of TENS machine.
• 1 Post-partum meeting of 1 hour, within 2 weeks after you’ve given birth with access to all pictures and / or video’s I made of the birth.

Mother Me ‘single mama’ package €2495,- (incl.VAT)

• Intake meeting (1 ½ hours) through zoom after a free get together meeting through zoom or videocall.
• 2 meetings of 1 ½ – 2 hours, to be planned from 24 weeks onwards in your own home.
• 1 meetings of 1 hour which will focus on massage, yoga, breathing techniques, etc.
• 1 post partum prep meeting of 1 hour.
• Option of hiring 1 extra doula for latent phase support against €50,-/hour when you do not have a birth partner.
• Unlimited phone and email support during office hours. Use of TENS against reduced fee of €35,- incl. VAT
• Starting from week 38 through week 42 I am on call 24 hours/7 days per week and will be present at your labour within 1 hour.
• Continuous support during the entire labour, starting from the moment you need me. Free use of TENS machine.
• 1 Post-partum meeting of 1 hour, about 1 week after you’ve given birth. You will get access to all pictures and videos I made of you.

Mother Me ‘parents again’ package €2195,- (incl.VAT)*

• intake meeting (online) of 1 hour
• 1 private CBE meeting of 1 ½ – 2 hours, to be planned from 24 weeks onwards.
• 2 meetings of 1 hour in your home, with focus on massage, yoga, breathing techniques, etc.
• Unlimited phone and email support during office hours. Use of TENS against reduced fee of €35,- incl. VAT
• Starting from week 38 through week 42, I am on call 24 hours/7 days per week and will be present at your labour within 1 hour.
• Continuous support during the entire labour, starting from the active phase.
• 1 Post-partum meeting of 1 hour, within 2 weeks after you’ve given birth with access to all pictures and / or video’s I made of the birth.

*if your last birth experience has been a c-section then the VBAC package is a better match for you!

Mother Me ‘doula deluxe’ package €3995,- (incl.VAT)

• Free get together meeting in person with both your doula and birth photographers.
• All of the above mentioned services in the doula ‘all in’ package.
• Professional birth photgraphy by http://www.barensenberken.nlfrom active stage until 2 hours post partum.

• 125 professionally edited pictures in high resolution.

• high end linen mini photo album (15x 15 cm) with 30 pictures.

Separate prenatal sessions
• Separate prenatal session of 1 hour €100,- incl.taxes

Additional prenatal sessions or extra services can include

• Moxa treatment for breech baby (including 1 Moxa stick for home use) in combination with acupressure (after 35 weeks gestation) and Spinning Babies techniques with rebozo massage (1 ½ hours).
• Overdue massage treatment combined with rebozo, acupressure, and relaxing techniques (after 41 weeks gestation, 1 hour).
• Optimal Fetal Positioning through Spinning Babies techniques (1 hour).
• Birthlight private and/or partner yoga session (1 hour).
• Traditional Chinese Medicine cupping massage technique combined with head, shoulder, and foot relaxing massage (1 hour).
• Private birth class or Birthlight pregnancy yoga & breathing session
